CAPLA Board

The Board of Directors of CAPLA is collectively responsible for the conduct and orders of business of required meetings of the Board of Directors and the general membership as stated in the Bylaws.

In addition, they set the Vision, Mission, Objectives and Policies for the Association by working with the Membership to validate the same.

Advisory Council

The Advisory Council members are selected by the Board of Directors and serve to advise in matters of industry related issues as well as acting as a sounding board for CAPLA initiatives.

They meet bi-annually with the Board of Directors or on an as-needed basis.
