Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
ALL sponsors will be listed, according to level of sponsorship:
- Delegate Education Binders
- on the main Sponsorship Board on-site at the Conference
- on the CAPLA Conference Website, before and after the Conference, with an optional link to the sponsor's website
- additional specific publicity exposure is listed on this document
Platinum sponsors and Booth Exhibitors receive a complimentary 1/4 page advertisement in the Conference program
- Platinum: Over $5,000
- Gold: $2,000 - $4,999
- Silver: $500 - $1,999
- Bronze: Under $500
1. EDUCATION SESSIONS $2,300 per session (for both days) (may be co-sponsored)
- The sponsoring company's name will be printed on education materials, be displayed outside of each session room and appear on the overhead slides at the beginning of each presentation
- See enclosed LIST OF EDUCATION SESSIONS for specific courses
2. EXHIBITOR BOOTH $1,785 per booth ($1,700 + $85 GST) Exposure
- Complimentary 1/4 page ad in the Conference Program
- Delegates will be provided with an opportunity to collect an item from each exhibitor. Once the delegate has collected items from all exhibitors the delegate's name and phone number will be entered into a daily draw for a prize worth $500
- Three designated breaks for delegates to visit the exhibits each day
- Two complimentary Registration Packages per exhibitor booth including luncheon tickets for both days (additional luncheon tickets may be purchased)
- Exhibitor signage with all exhibitors' names prominently displayed at the front of Exhibitors Hall

Materials & Facilities may be provided as follows:
- 10'x10' draped and carpeted booth (booth location on a first come, first serve basis)
- 1 (one) 1500 watt electrical outlet per booth
- 1 (one) 6' draped table and 2 padded chairs
- 7"x44" signage for your booth (you may bring your own if available)
- Exhibitor Kits containing information and order forms for a wide variety of services offered by the Roundup Centre
3. CONFERENCE PROGRAM ADVERTISING (Complimentary 1/4 page ad included for Platinum Sponsors and Conference Booth Exhibitors)
- Exposure to Conference delegates
- See ADVERTISING LAYOUT/GUIDELINES sheet for options/requirements
4. LUNCHEON SPONSORSHIP $3,000 per day
- The sponsoring company's name will appear on signage in the luncheon area, and the sponsor will be verbally recognized at lunch
5. LUNCHEON KEYNOTE SPEAKERS $3,000 per day
- The sponsoring company's name will appear on signage in the luncheon area, and the sponsor will be verbally recognized at lunch
6. DELEGATE REFRESHMENT TABLES $2,200 per day
- Delegates are provided with a continental breakfast in the morning and coffee/desert in the afternoon
- The sponsoring company's name will appear on signage at the refreshment tables located in the main foyer
7. CAPLA CONFERENCE WEBSITE SPONSORSHIP $5,000
- Complimentary 1/4 page ad in the Conference Program
- The sponsor's name and logo will be acknowledged on each page of the conference website
8/9. CASH DONATIONS/VALUE IN-KIND DONATIONS
- Donations will be acknowledged according to the type of item and related event (i.e. verbal recognition at event and/or attached gift tag/ company logo)
- Value in-kind donations could include gift certificates, pens, calculators, carry bags, lanyards, promotional items, etc.
- The value of donated items will be credited toward the sponso's total dollar amount to reflect the Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze sponsorship categories
10. DELEGATE EDUCATION BINDERS $600 (limited to 10 sponsors)
- The sponsoring compan's name and logo will be shown on the front cover of the Delegate's Education Binders
11. EVENTS Networking Reception The sponsoring companies will appear on signage at the Networking Reception and will be verbally acknowledged at the event, as well as the following additional exposure:

1. Hors d'oeuvres $1,500 each (limited to 6 sponsors)
- Sponsor's name will appear on signage at the Hors d'oeuvres table
2. Drink Tickets (2 per attendee) $5,000 (may be co-sponsored)
- Sponsor's name will appear on the drink tickets will read "Compliments of ***". Signage at bar will also identify the sponsor
3. Door Prizes $100 each (limited to 5 sponsors)
- Sponsor's name will appear on tags attached to each door prize
4. Jazz Band $2,500 (The Colour of Blues with Pam Crawford)
- Sponsor's name will appear on signage near the band
Capla Conference Gala The sponsoring companies will appear on signage at the Conference Gala, in the Gala Program and will be verbally acknowledged at the event, as well as the following additional exposure:

1. Food Stations (These are Chef Action Food Stations placed throughout the room. They are fun and interactive for guests) $5,000 each (limited to 5 sponsors)
- The sponsor's name will appear on signage at the sponsored food station

2. Table Gifts (Box of 2 chocolates for each attendee) $3,500
- The sponsor's name will appear on a tag attached to each attendee's gift, or the logo of the company can appear right on the box

3. Entertainment (11 Piece Live Band - The Ad Hoc Band) $7,500
- The sponsor's name will appear on a large placard near the band

4. Casino (Fun Money casino tables) $2,500
- The sponsor's name will appear on tent cards at each gaming table

5. Décor (Full hall décor by Award Winning Visual Concepts and Design) $5,000 (may be co-sponsored)
- The sponsor's name will appear on special signage designed for the event, i.e. centerpieces, ice sculpture, etc.

6. Loose Diamond for the Diamond Dip
(This is a fun and interactive event. One real loose diamond amongst a bowl filled with cubic zirconium diamonds for a chance to dip and find the real diamond. A professionally trained Gemologist is on duty the entire night for this exciting event. All proceeds from the diamond dip ticket sales will be going towards charity) $1,000 minimum ($$ sponsor discretion)
- The sponso's name will appear on signage at the table where the Diamond Dip is taking place. Also, business cards will be printed and handed out to each "Diamond Dipper" stating the sponsoring company's name/logo

7. Door Prizes/Gift Baskets $150 each (limited to 7 sponsors)
- The sponsor's name will appear on tags attached to each gift basket and the winner's names along with the name of the sponsor will be published on the conference website

8. Auction Items $$ Sponsors Discretion
- The sponsor's name will appear on a tag attached to the auction item
