FORGOT PASSWORD HELP

Have you forgotton or misplaced your password?  A new password can be requested by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link located in the login box.

Enter the email address that CAPLA has stored in your profile to recover your password.  Submit your request by pressing the "Recover Password" button.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 
A new password within minutes:
 
Once you have entered your email address and submitted your request by pressing the "Recover Password" button, your password will be emailed to you within a few minutes.  There is no need to wait more than 1/2 hour for this email.  Please contact the CAPLA office at (403) 452-6497 if you have not received the "forgot password" email within a 1/2 hour.

 
Reasons your "forgot password" email may not reach you:
 
  1. The "forgot password" email may have been stopped by the company firewall or possibly auto-archived into your SPAM or BULK email folder.  (PDF Help File - 3 Solutions for your IT/Technology Team)
     
  2. The email address entered and submitted in the "Recover Password" box does not match the email address CAPLA has on file for you.
