Member Services Committee

The Member Services Committee is responsible for reviewing and processing membership applications for approval by the CAPLA Board of Directors. The committee is also responsible for overseeing the CAPLA job bank and roster, the Myra Drumm Memorial Student Achievement Award, group benefits and discounts and the sale of promotional items.

Member Qualifications and Fees

Active and Associate memberships are available. View the CAPLA Member Qualifications and Fees and become a member now! The Board of Directors ratifies new member applications at their monthly meeting held the last Tuesday of each month. Please allow 6-8 weeks for ratification and delivery of new member packages.

Student Achievement Award

The Myra Drumm Memorial Student Achievement Award recipients are selected each year by the Member Services Committee for presentation to the Board of Directors for final approval. The award is presented each year to a student from a list of candidates submitted from each of S.A.I.T., Mount Royal College, Olds College and the University of Calgary enrolled in a full-time land related program.
