CAPLA Awards
NOMINATIONS
Active Members or Retired Members may nominate CAPLA members for awards. The Awards Committee will review the nominations and present their selection to the CAPLA Members at the Annual Awards Luncheon.
Nomination forms must be signed by the Nominator and submitted to the CAPLA Office, to the attention of Awards Committee. The deadline for nominations is March 14, 2012

Please provide examples of specific activities, initiatives, committees, etc. that the nominee was involved with and their contributions to these activities.
Award winners will be recognized at the Awards Luncheon and on the CAPLA website.
Nominees can be put forth by groups; this may help provide more information to the Awards Committee on why a specific candidate is deserving of the award.
